Martin, Sharetru's Founder and CEO for 25 years, has driven secure file transfer innovation since 2000. A lifelong technologist and visionary tinkerer, he pioneered the first cloud-based file transfer platform. Then, recognizing the critical importance of compliance early, he pivoted the business toward security and regulatory adherence in 2016, positioning Sharetru as a leader in the space.

Brendon joined Sharetru in 2020 and was promoted from CRO to CEO, now running the entire operation. He's spent a decade in cloud infrastructure and software turning strategy into results—tightening go-to-market, fixing what's broken, and building teams that deliver. His adaptability and leadership shine in navigating the complex, regulated file transfer industry where compliance, platform, and growth must move in lockstep.

Julie brings a steady, people-first approach to finance, pairing strong business acumen with thoughtful leadership. She improves Accounting through a People–Process–Technology focus, strengthens cash flow and reporting, and builds clear models that support confident decisions. She has 10+ years in SaaS and 10+ years in manufacturing, plus professional services experience. Julie joined Sharetru in 2026.

Chris brings more than two decades of hands-on experience in secure systems architecture, software engineering, and compliance-driven platform design. A lifelong builder and problem-solver, he leads the engineering vision behind Sharetru’s technology, ensuring that innovation is always accompanied by protection and compliance.

Derek  has grown with the company for more than two decades. Starting in the early days, he has been directly involved in designing, running, and hardening the Infrastructure systems behind the platform. He leads with a practical, operations-first mindset, focused on keeping critical systems reliable under real-world conditions.
