Which plan
Which plan do we need?
One question decides it: does file transfer need to plug into your security stack, or does a team need to move files securely? The platform underneath is the same site, the same protocols, the same encryption and the same record. Complete connects it to the systems you already run and adds the controls an administrator sets for other people.
Core · from $199 a month
A team needs to move files securely.Up to 30 users and 30 GB. People sign in; partners use links.
Core is defined by:
Every way a file moves, on one site. SFTP, FTPS, FTPeS and SCP, the browser interface, secure links and the REST API.
Sign-in you can set rules for. Two-factor authentication, password controls, SSH keys, a dedicated static IP and country-based geofencing.
The record. Every action logged by account and kept 3 months; the dashboard, reports and failed-login lockout.
Five custom access groups, 50,000 API calls a month, and view-only access in the web app.
Complete · from $499 a month
File transfer needs to join the security stack.Unlimited users. Identity, SIEM and mail connected; the governance controls on.
Complete adds:
Your identity provider and your SIEM. Single sign-on, SIEM integration and SMTP through your own mail service.
Controls set for other people. Dual authorization for new users, IP-address restrictions, user notifications, folder and file commenting, a custom clickwrap agreement and automated file retention.
A named customer success manager for the life of the account.
Unlimited access groups, 6 months of logs, 250,000 API calls a month, view-only links, and the option of a single-tenant environment.
Choose Complete if any one of these is true: more than 30 people need their own sign-in; you need single sign-on, SIEM forwarding or IP-address restrictions; files from outside need malware scanning on upload; or a second person must approve each new user. If none is, Core does the job, and moving to Complete later is a billing change on the same site, not a migration.
What's included
What's in Core, and what does Complete add?
Core is the whole secure-transfer platform for up to 30 users. Complete adds unlimited users, the integrations, the governance controls and a named person. Three boxes: what both plans include, where they differ in size, and what only Complete has. Nothing is listed twice.
One site, every protocol, encryption you can cite, and the record of every action.

Your total, line by line, for the 12-month term: change any choice and it follows; pay annually and 10% comes off every line. It is an estimate, not a quote: checkout asks you to confirm the same choices, and the price you pay is the one at checkout or on a written quote from Sharetru.
Compliance packages
Does HIPAA or FedRAMP change the price?
Yes, by a fixed amount on either plan: the HIPAA Support Package is $100 a month and the Federal Package $200 a month, on the plan's 12-month term. A package changes what the site is built to produce for an assessor, not which plan you are on. Both are lines in the estimate above.
Either plan
HIPAA Support Package
+$100 a month
For ePHI. Sharetru signs its own business associate agreement and the site keeps what the Security Rule asks for.
A signed Sharetru BAA
72 months of log retention
Disaster recovery
Failed-login policies
The HIPAA Security Rule assessed annually by A-LIGN, with the SOC 2 Type II report
If ePHI moves through Sharetru, the BAA is required, and it is Sharetru's own BAA. Want to read it first? Ask, and we send the template before any call; it is signed once you are a customer. Add the package at checkout or later; the site stays where it is.
Either plan
Federal Package
+$200 a month
For CUI, ITAR technical data and contracts that name FedRAMP. Your site runs on Sharetru Federal: FedRAMP Moderate Certified (Class C), package F1311222650, inside the certified boundary.
FedRAMP Moderate Certified IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
A pre-configured FedRAMP Moderate baseline
FIPS 140-3 validated encryption modules
12 months of log retention
Failed-login policies
View-only access for link-based sharing, with watermarking
Choose it before the site is built. A Federal site is created in the certified environment; it is not a switch on a Commercial site. Moving later means a move of your site, which we do with you.
Agreed with us
What needs a conversation?
Three things: storage past 1 TB, multi-year or enterprise agreements, and a written quote when you would rather talk it through first. Everything else on this page is self-serve. These change how your site is sized or how the agreement reads, so they are agreed with us rather than at checkout.
Complete only
1 TB and beyond
Storage past 1 TB is priced to the workload: how much lands, how long it stays, how many sites. Unlimited users either way.

Longer commitments
Multi-year terms, enterprise agreements
Multi-year terms are agreed in writing on either plan. Changes to the Terms of Service are not a plan feature: they come with an enterprise agreement, typically three years, and only above a contract value we will share with you.

A written quote, and a conversation first
Thirty minutes on your transfers, partners, protocols and compliance needs, then a written quote for the configuration that fits.

Billing questions
What should we know before we commit?
Checkout commits you to a 15-day free trial and nothing more; after that the term is twelve months either way, and a trial becomes an account without a migration. The rest is below, in the order buyers ask.
Is there a month-to-month option?
Every plan is a 12-month term. What you choose is how you pay for it: twelve monthly payments, or one annual payment with 10% off every line. There is no month-to-month option, and the term starts only when you continue after the 15-day free trial. Paying monthly spreads the cost; it does not shorten the commitment. All twelve payments are due, and a site with missed payments is suspended. The term renews for another twelve months unless you cancel before the renewal date.
What counts as a user?
Anyone with their own credentials: a person or a system account, on the web app or over SFTP, FTPS, FTPeS or SCP. A guest who only uses a link you sent never counts and is never billed. Core bundles users with storage: 10, 20 or 30. Complete has no user limit on any tier.
What happens when we reach our storage limit?
An upload that would exceed the limit fails; you are never billed a surprise overage. Storage is shared across the site and sold in fixed steps, so you add the next step when you need it. Bandwidth is unlimited and never carries a transfer fee. API calls work the same way: a monthly allowance by plan and one expansion you choose, never a metered bill.
Can we start on Core and move to Complete later?
Yes, at any time, as a billing change on the same site. Your users, folders, permissions and the activity record stay where they are; the Complete capabilities switch on.
Can we add the HIPAA Support Package or the Federal Package after we start?
The HIPAA Support Package, yes, on the site you have. The Federal Package means a site in the certified environment, so it is chosen when the site is built or your site is moved there with us. Choose it at checkout if a contract names FedRAMP, a DFARS clause, CUI or ITAR related items.
Why does the single-tenant environment need annual payment?
Because dedicated infrastructure is provisioned for one organization, and a year is what it takes to run it sustainably. It is offered on Complete only. Shared infrastructure, which both plans run on by default, carries the same attestations.
Will you sign our BAA, or our terms?
Yes, our own: the BAA comes with the HIPAA Support Package and is signed once you are a customer. Ask and we send the template before any call. The BAA is negotiated only together with the Terms of Service, and changes to either come only with an enterprise agreement, typically three years and above a contract value we will share with you.
Can we see the SOC 2 report or the responsibility matrix before we buy?
Yes, during the free trial. Checkout accepts our Terms of Service, which include an NDA (section 7.9); once your trial has started, ask and we send the SOC 2 Type II report and the Sharetru Federal responsibility matrix. We don’t share them under a separate NDA. The BAA template needs no NDA.
Is the figure on this page a quote?
No. It is an estimate for planning, not an offer or a quote, and Sharetru is not bound by it. The price you pay is the one checkout shows when you confirm your choices, or the one on a written quote from Sharetru. Ask for a written quote whenever a purchase needs one.
What does checkout ask for, and when does the trial start?
Checkout asks you to confirm the plan, storage, packages, add-ons and payment you chose here, creates your site and starts the 15-day free trial. It commits you to the trial and nothing more. The 12-month term starts only if you continue after the trial. Core and Complete have separate checkout pages; the buttons on this page open the right one.
Prefer a person first
Scope your plan with a person, then decide.
Thirty minutes on your transfers, protocols, partners and the cutover. You leave with the configuration and the exact number for it.
Just want the number? Ask for a written quote: tell us the users, storage and packages, and a person at Sharetru replies by email. No sequence.
15-day free trial · Unlimited guests on every plan
What happens next
What moves today who sends what to whom, over which protocol, and what has to keep working on day one.
The administrator's view: who got in, from where, what moved, and the export an auditor would ask for.
The plan that fits, with the packages and add-ons your contract actually needs, and a written quote for it.
* The estimate on this page is for planning. It is not an offer or a quote from Sharetru and creates no obligation on either side; the price you pay is set at checkout or in a written quote, and prices can change without notice. Checkout starts a 15-day free trial and commits you to nothing more. Every plan is a 12-month term, starting when you continue after the trial, whether you pay monthly or annually; paying monthly does not shorten the term, and all twelve payments are due. It renews for another twelve months unless you cancel before renewal. Prices are in USD. Multi-year terms are agreed with us in writing.
