Let's look at the platform together

See how Sharetru really works, on your own exchange

Pick a time that suits you. The platform runs live on your own scenario, your questions get answered as they come, and you hear plainly whether it fits.

How the demo hour goes

  1. 0–10Your exchange, not a script. Who sends what to whom today, over which protocol, and where it hurts.
  2. 10–45The platform, live. A partner invited by link, a system over SFTP, and the record of both, with sample files.
  3. 45–60The honest fit. What Sharetru covers, what stays with you, what it costs, and whether to run a trial.

Reschedule or cancel from the confirmation email, any time. No slide deck; your scenario, live.

What to expect

A conversation about your exchange, not our slides

You bring one real exchange. Whichever conversation you picked, it runs on your scenario, not a slide deck, and ends with a plain answer on whether Sharetru is the right fit.

  • How it runs

A working session, not a pitch

Security and IT questions get answered on the spot, on the platform, not on a slide. Pricing comes in the last quarter of the hour; a written quote follows only if you ask.

  • What you see

    Your scenario, live

A partner invited by link, a system over SFTP, the same policy you would run in production, and the per-file record both of them leave behind.

  • What you leave with

    A straight answer on fit

What Sharetru covers, what stays with you, what it costs, and whether a 15-day trial on your own partners is the right next step. If it is not a fit, we say so.

“For 10 years, Sharetru has made secure file sharing straightforward and easy for us. It’s simple for our team to use, gives IT the control we need, and is backed by responsive support.”

Steven L. Director of IT, Manufacturing

Before the call

What to expect, and what to bring

The demo is an hour; a requirements session or a security and compliance review is thirty minutes. Each is enough when both sides know what the call is for. Here is what it is for.

  • Which meeting should I pick?

Product demo (an hour) if you want to see the platform run your own exchange. Requirements session (thirty minutes) if you are replacing MOVEit, GoAnywhere, Kiteworks, ShareFile or a self-run server, or moving off email, and want the move scoped before anyone shows you software. Security and compliance review (thirty minutes) if you are the one who has to say yes first: the SOC 2 Type II report, the BAA, the FedRAMP package, MFA, the audit record and its export, with your questionnaire sent ahead. Not sure? Pick the demo; we shorten it if your question is answered early.

  • What should I bring?

One real exchange: who sends what to whom, how often, and over which protocol. If you have a list of partners or scheduled jobs, bring it; we build the first exchange from it live.

  • Is this a sales pitch?

It is a working session on your scenario. We show the platform doing the thing you described and open the record it produced. If Sharetru is not the right fit, we say so on the call.

  • Can I bring colleagues?

Yes. Forward the confirmation email; the calendar invitation carries the video link. Security and IT people are especially welcome, because their questions are the ones the demo answers best.

  • What if I need to move it?

Reschedule or cancel from the confirmation email at any time. No one calls to ask why.
